Adding Couriers
If you manage your own delivery operations, you can add couriers directly to your Online Ordering System. This gives you the flexibility to build and manage your own delivery network, whether it’s for a single location or shared across multiple branches.
Accessing Courier Settings
You can add and manage couriers in two ways:
- Web Admin Panel: Go to Delivery & Logistics > Couriers
- Merchant Mobile Apps: Navigate to Settings > Couriers using the iOS Merchant App or Android Merchant App.
Adding a New Courier
- From the Couriers page, click Add Courier.
- Fill in the required fields, including courier details and any other mandatory settings.
- Click Save to create the new courier account.
The courier will now be added to your system and can be assigned to orders.
Managing Courier Availability
Couriers can be set as Available or Unavailable:
- Available: The courier is visible and can be assigned deliveries within the Merchant App.
- Unavailable: The courier will not appear in the active courier list, preventing new orders from being assigned to them.
This feature makes it easy to manage courier schedules and availability in real-time.
