Multiple Locations

The Locations settings allow you to manage multiple business sites within your Fudli account. This feature is designed for restaurants, hospitality groups, or businesses operating across different areas that need to manage several ordering points under one system.

By setting up multiple locations, you can provide customers with the option to choose their nearest branch, ensuring accurate order routing, delivery zones and collection points.

Accessing Locations

  1. Log in to your Admin Panel.
  2. Navigate to: Settings > Locations.

  • The multi-location feature must be enabled on your account before you can add additional sites.
  • ⚠️ Important: Multi-location management is available only as an add-on feature.

Managing Multiple Locations

Once locations are added:

  • Provides customers with a location selector on your ordering site.
  • Assign couriers, delivery zones and schedules specific to each branch.
  • Configure menus, promotions and settings independently per location for more control.

Best Practices

  • Name locations clearly so customers can easily identify their nearest branch.
  • Always double-check addresses and URLs to avoid order routing errors.
  • Keep subscription details up to date in the Customer Area to ensure uninterrupted service for all sites.
  • For consistent branding, use similar naming conventions across all locations.
