Courier Locations

If your business operates across multiple locations, you can configure couriers to be available across these sites so they can accept and fulfill orders from different locations for your Online Ordering System

⚠️ Important: Multi-location management is an add-on feature and requires an additional subscription. This is billed monthly or annually per location. Login to our Customer Area to manage your subscriptions.


Accessing Courier Location Settings

  1. Log in to your Admin Panel.
  2. Navigate to Delivery & Logistics > Courier Locations.

Adding or Editing a Courier Location

  1. In the Location Name field, enter a clear and descriptive name for the location (e.g., Downtown Branch).
  2. In the Domain field, enter the exact subdomain for this location (e.g., myordersite.fudli.net).
    • Tip: Be precise when entering the subdomain, as incorrect details may prevent couriers from being linked correctly.
  3. To add a new location, click Add Location and repeat the process.
  4. Once all details are entered, click Save to confirm your changes.

Testing Your Setup

After configuring locations, it’s important to test your setup to ensure couriers can operate smoothly across sites:

  • Use the Merchant App to verify that orders from each location appear correctly.
  • Use the Courier App to confirm couriers can accept and complete deliveries from the assigned locations.

Best Practices

  • Keep location names consistent and easy to recognise for your staff and couriers.
  • Double-check subdomain entries to avoid delivery assignment issues.
  • Regularly test multi-location setups when adding new branches to ensure seamless performance.
