Stripe Payment Gateway
Stripe is a leading payment processor that allows businesses to securely accept payments online. With Fudli, you can connect your Stripe account to start receiving payments directly from your customers.
Fudli uses Stripe Connect to securely process payments. You can either connect an existing Stripe account or create a new one. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Access Payment Settings
- Log in to your Fudli merchant dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings → Payment Gateways.
- Click Connect with Stripe.
Step 2: Choose an Option
You’ll see two options:
- Connect an Existing Stripe Account
- If you already have a Stripe account, select this option.
- You’ll be redirected to Stripe to log in.

Approve the connection to link your account to Fudli.
- Create a New Stripe Account
- If you don’t have Stripe, select this option.
- Fill in your business and banking details as prompted.
- Stripe will create your account and automatically connect it to Fudli.
Step 3: Complete Verification
Stripe may ask for additional verification to comply with regulations:
- Business type and address
- Bank account information
- Identity verification (personal ID or passport)
Step 4: Confirm Connection
Once your Stripe account is connected:
- You’ll see “Connected Account ID: acct_********” in your Fudli dashboard under Payments.
- Your customers can now pay online via your website.
Enable Test Mode (Optional but Recommended)
When you’re first setting up Stripe, enable Test Mode to safely test checkout flows using Stripe’s test cards.
Step 5: Manage Payment Methods
You can choose which payment methods to display at checkout directly from your Stripe account.
- Visit your Stripe dashboard here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/payments/settings
- Enable or disable payment options such as credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.
Step 6: Save and Test
- Save your Stripe settings in Fudli.
- If you’re in Test Mode, try placing a test order using one of Stripe’s test card numbers.
- Example: 4242 4242 4242 4242 with any future date + CVC.
- Check if payments appear under Payments in your Stripe Dashboard.
✅ You’re done! Once everything works in Test Mode, disable Test Mode and repeat the steps with your Real card details.
Tips
- Make sure your banking info matches your business details.
- Keep your Stripe login secure — Fudli never stores your Stripe password.
- If you have multiple locations, each store can have its own Stripe account.
