Theme Options

With Fudli, your Online Ordering System isn’t just functional — it’s also fully branded and customizable. You can design a website that reflects your unique identity, build trust with your customers, and optimise your site for search engines so customers can find you faster and order in seconds.

To manage your theme settings, log in to your Admin Panel and go to: Website > Theme

Logo Versions

Adding your logo is one of the most important steps in branding your ordering system. You can upload two types of logos:

Square Logo with text

• Best suited for icons or compact layouts.
• Size: 50px by 50px (recommended minimum 100px by 100px if using JPG/PNG).
• Format: SVG recommended (for best clarity), but JPG or PNG is also supported.

Horizontal Logo

• Best for wider layouts where your business name and logo sit side by side.
• Height: 40px (length adjusts proportionally to fit the space).
• Format: SVG recommended, or JPG/PNG at a minimum of 100px height.

Theme Colours

Your website’s look and feel can be tailored to match your brand identity:

• Choose between a light or dark theme.
• Customise your main brand colour

This flexibility ensures your ordering site feels consistent with your brand’s personality.

Favicon

A favicon is the small icon displayed in browser tabs, bookmarks, and mobile shortcuts. Adding one helps with brand recognition and a more professional appearance.

1. Click the Generate Favicon button to access a favicon generator.
2. Upload your brand icon, customise it, and download the generated assets.
3. Upload your favicon — either a .png or .jpg file, sized 512×512px. Note: You only need to upload one file type in this section.
4. Click Save to confirm your settings.

Page Settings

This section allows you to set up legal and policy pages for your site:

• Assign your Terms & Conditions page, which customers must agree to before completing a purchase.
• Select existing pages or create new ones and link them here.

This ensures compliance and transparency for your business.

Site Notifications

Global site notifications keep customers informed during the ordering process. These can be customised to suit your needs.

Information Bar

• Appears as a slim strip at the top of the header.
• Perfect for announcing special offers, seasonal promotions, or important updates.
• Two placements available:
• On the homepage ordering screen.
• Inside the customer profile area.

Email Banner

• Displays at the top of every system-generated email.
• Aspect ratio: 16:9.
• Recommended minimum size: 750x422px (at least 1.5x the email width of 500px).

App Banner

• Promotes your branded iOS or Android mobile app.
• Add your App Store or Google Play links.
• Enable or disable as needed.

Cookies & GDPR Compliance

Cookies are essential for the proper operation of your online ordering system.

• Enable or disable the Cookies Notification Banner.
• Customize the GDPR message to suit your requirements.
• We recommend keeping this enabled at all times to remain compliant and to ensure that required scripts function correctly.
