Live Chat Messages

Fudli’s Live Chat Messaging System enables you to stay connected with your customers in real time, ensuring a smoother and more reliable customer experience for your Online Ordering System for Restaurants. With built-in chat tools, your team can handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide direct support throughout the ordering process.

Whether it’s answering a pre-order question, clarifying an item, handling a missing product, or accommodating last-minute changes, live chat allows your restaurant to remain responsive and professional.

⚠️ The live chat system is available only with an active Growth Plan subscription. You can manage or upgrade your subscription through your Customer Area.

Accessing the Live Chat

You can manage live chat messages from two different interfaces:

  1. Merchant App (Recommended)

  1. Web Admin Panel
    • Log in to your Admin Panel.
    • Navigate to Customer Settings > Messages.
    • Manage customer conversations directly from the web interface.

For the best real-time experience, we recommend using the Merchant App.

Chat Features and Functions

Inside the chat interface, you can:

  • Provide Real-Time Support: Communicate directly with customers about orders, delivery status, or support requests.
  • Manage Conversation Status: Mark chats as Solved or In-Progress to keep track of issues and responses.
  • Use Quick Tabs for Navigation: Easily switch between open, in-progress, or resolved chats.
  • Search Conversations: Find specific customer chats quickly using the search function (by customer name).

Best Practices

  • Respond promptly to improve customer satisfaction and reduce cancellations.
  • Use professional, friendly language to reflect your brand’s customer service values.
  • Resolve issues within the chat when possible, avoiding the need for phone calls or emails.
  • Monitor chat history for repeat customer concerns to identify patterns and improve operations.
