Emails

Automated emails are a great way to engage customers and bring them back to your Online Ordering System.

  1. Go to Marketing > Emails
  2. Set up and customise the following email types:
  • Order Accepted – Sent when a customer places a new order to confirm it’s been received.
  • Re-Engage Customers – Automatically sent 7 days after a customer last placed an order, encouraging them to return.
  • New Customers – Since only 50% of new customers place a second order, you can use this email to offer a limited-time discount to motivate them.
  • Refer a Friend – Reward referrals by emailing new customers a special discount code when they have been invited by a friend.

When editing the Order Accepted email, you can insert custom text and images within the body of the email, just after the [[order_summary]] tag. For all other emails, you can freely edit the content as normal.
